Fuel Supply Solutions for Operations That Cannot Stop.
Rinlogis coordinates commercial fuel supply solutions for companies that need dependable access to diesel, petrol and selected petroleum products for fleets, generators, sites, projects and industrial operations. Our role is to understand your operational requirement and align the appropriate licensed trading, wholesale, storage and transport capability for the supply structure required.
Commercial fuel supply, structured around the real requirement.
Fuel supply is not only about product availability. It requires the right commercial structure, compliant counterparties, delivery planning, site readiness, product documentation and clear communication. Rinlogis assists clients by coordinating these moving parts from initial requirement through to scheduled delivery support.
Fuel requirements we can assess
Our fuel-supply coordination process

01Requirement capture
Product, estimated volume, delivery point, frequency, storage capacity, operating hours and preferred commencement date.
02Commercial and partner assessment
The appropriate licensed and operational partner structure is assessed against the requirement.
03Proposal and terms
The client receives a supply proposal defining the product, delivery basis, price mechanism, commercial conditions and assumptions.
04Onboarding
Company information, authorised signatories, site requirements and any relevant compliance documents are completed.
05Delivery coordination
Scheduling, dispatch communication, documentation and issue escalation are coordinated by Rinlogis in line with the agreed scope.
Fuel coordination for commercial users
Partner-led, compliance-conscious supply structures.
Rinlogis does not represent itself as the holder of a petroleum wholesale licence unless and until that licence is issued directly to Rinlogis. Fuel supply is coordinated through the applicable licensed trading and wholesale partner, and every transaction remains subject to due diligence, contractual approval, product availability, site requirements and applicable law.
Operating boundary: Rinlogis does not describe itself as a licensed fuel wholesaler, and does not claim to own fuel depots, tankers or aviation-fuelling infrastructure unless it holds or contractually controls the relevant licence, asset, operating authority and insurance coverage.
Share your requirement and we will assess the appropriate supply route.
Provide as much operational detail as possible — product, volume, delivery point and frequency all shape the right commercial structure.
